Shuffle Paid Streamers $39.6 Million. Then 15 Ended Up at Stake.

The crypto casino Shuffle paid $39.6 million in streamer fees in 2025, according to accounts its license holder filed with Curaçao's gambling regulator.

Crypto casinos rarely say what they pay the streamers who promote them.

Shuffle's bill came to about 17 cents of every dollar players lost to the casino after bonuses, and 12 times what it paid affiliates.

Where Shuffle's Streamers Went

Since January, 22 streamers have left Shuffle and nine have joined, according to the FairGambling streamer database. Fifteen of those who left now stream for Stake, the largest casino on the FairGambling tracker.

The accounts do not say which streamers were paid or exactly what the streamer line covers.

Natural Nine B.V., the company that holds Shuffle's license, uploaded the signed accounts to the Curaçao Gaming Authority (CGA) portal on July 1, 2026. An outside auditor has not checked them. Researcher Lilith Wittmann published the file in her #CasinoSecrets database after she gained access to the portal.

From Shuffle to Stake

Shuffle's two biggest streamers joined late in 2025. TJR, who has about 312,000 followers on Kick, joined in November, and Agusbob came over from Stake in December.

Five streamers moved from Shuffle to Stake in June alone, including BTCs, Lance and Graygray. Their own posts and channel pages show them promoting Shuffle in May and Stake by July.

Shuffle's deposits have not kept pace with the market. Its share of all crypto casino deposits on the tracker slipped from about 6% in October 2025 to under 5% in August 2026. Curaçao does not publish casino accounts, so Shuffle's 2026 streamer bill may never be public.

Revenue Triples Shuffle's Forecast

Shuffle reported $235.2 million in net gaming revenue in 2025, up from $87.3 million in 2024. Net gaming revenue is what players lost after bonuses.

In the business plan Shuffle filed with the CGA in 2024, it forecast $78 million in net gaming revenue for 2025. It made three times that.

Natural Nine made a $46.6 million profit in 2025, after a small loss of ~$385,000 in 2024. It declared an $18 million dividend for its owners and recorded a $10.1 million income tax bill.

Its biggest costs were $44.4 million in promotional payouts, $39.6 million for streamers and $37.7 million for the companies that supply its games. It also spent $14.1 million on royalties and $3.3 million on affiliates, the websites that earn fees for sending players.

Regulator Lists the License as Indefinite

The CGA granted Natural Nine an indefinite license effective Dec. 24, 2025. The regulator's license register dated Sept. 21, 2026 still lists it that way.

The CGA confirmed a breach of its licensing portal on Sept. 17, 2026. It has said it will notify affected licensees directly once its investigation ends.
