Roobet Hits Eight Years Second Only to Stake in Crypto Deposits

Roobet turned eight on Oct. 7 and marked it that evening, U.S. time, with a short video on X captioned "Cheers to 8 years of ROOOOOOOBET."

The casino reaches the milestone as the second-largest crypto casino on our deposit tracker. Players sent it almost $4.9 billion in on-chain deposits in the 12 months to Oct. 8, according to the casino's FairGambling stats page.

Only Stake took in more, and Roobet held that No. 2 spot in every full month of the year.

Roobet's Birthday Video Takes Over X

The video drew more than 5000,000 views in its first 12 hours. It also collected more likes, replies and quote posts than any other Roobet post in the previous two weeks.

Streamers and partners piled in. Nadeshot, who has 2.6 million followers, posted birthday wishes with his Roobet username attached. Streamer DougGambles quoted the video with "Best company to work with, guaranteed." Dozens of large clip and meme accounts followed overnight with their own "8 years of Roobet" posts.

The prizes came from Roobet's affiliates this year. One, DrAmirGG, gave $60 in USDC to each of four winners "from my own money." Roobet has run its own birthday giveaways before: a $5,000 giveaway split among 10 players for its third birthday in 2021, and a $100 reply contest in 2024.

Roobet's Eight Years of Bets and Big Deals

Roobet counts its birthday from October 2018. Its own bet counter shows how fast it grew. It passed 1 billion bets in February 2021, a little over two years after launch. It passed 10 billion in August 2025, just nine months after hitting 6 billion.

The sponsorship deals grew with it. Roobet hosted its first Roobet Cup, a $250,000 CS:GO tournament, in June 2022. It named Snoop Dogg its "Chief Ganjaroo Officer" in March 2023. That July, its free-to-play site Roobet.fun became the official social casino of the UFC.

In January 2025, Roobet became Chelsea FC's betting partner in Latin America and Canada. That same November, the esports team 100 Thieves returned to Counter-Strike under the name 100 Thieves Roobet.

Earlier this year, Roobet added prediction markets, which let players bet on sports, culture and world events from their casino balance.

Roobet Enters Year Nine Second Only to Stake

Our tracker follows the blockchain wallets of 77 crypto casinos. Over the past 12 months, Roobet pulled in about 9.6% of all tracked deposit volume. That's 1.75 times Rainbet, the No. 3 casino, and more than the 60 smallest tracked casinos combined.

Roobet's best single day came on Sept. 19, when deposits reached about $31.5 million. Four of its six biggest days fell between Aug. 31 and Sept. 19, the run-up to the birthday.

The player base runs from small stakes to very large ones. About 70% of depositing wallets sent Roobet less than $500 over the year. At the other end, 433 wallets each deposited $1 million or more, a count only Stake beats.

A wallet here is one sending address, so one player can count more than once.

Roobet's players also come back often. The average wallet deposited about 19 times in the year, against about seven at Stake. Across the year, 87% of the wallets depositing on any given day had deposited at Roobet before, a higher share than at Stake or Rainbet.
