Gamdom came back online at 12:34 a.m. UTC on Oct. 16, 2026, after more than two days offline following a breach of its hot wallets. The crypto casino announced its return on X and offered every player bonuses as compensation.

The site went dark on Oct. 13. Founder Felix Romer said Gamdom lost "just over $3m" in the breach, and the company has said user funds are safe.

Gamdom Offers Bonuses and a $50,000 Giveaway

The relaunch post lists four offers for all players:

  • a $45,000 daily leaderboard
  • a restart of its reload bonuses
  • a 20% deposit bonus for existing users
  • a second $45,000 daily competition, called KOTH, which the post limits to the week of the relaunch

Gamdom also promised $5,000 each to 10 players who repost, like and comment on the announcement, for $50,000 in total.

Gamdom's lead streamer Steve Will Do It chimed in:

You hacked Gamdom. Congrats, you’re up on the day. We eat it and move on. All player funds are safe.

Romer and a Researcher Disagree on the Loss

Gamdom said on Oct. 14 that staff found an unauthorized connection on one of its automation servers while checking a possible disk failure.

It then took all its systems offline. Romer wrote that the attack targeted the hot wallets (the online wallets that pay withdrawals) and that Gamdom moved the remaining funds to cold storage.

Threat intelligence researcher vxdb counted more on-chain: about $2.2 million on Ethereum-compatible networks and $965,000 on Solana, plus $668,000 in bitcoin and $375,000 on Tron. That adds up to roughly $4.2 million.

The relaunch post did not address that gap or name the attacker.
