Rainbet launched a US-facing site on Oct. 13, telling its followers to sign up at Rainbet.us. A new Rainbet USA account posted that the site "is now LIVE" minutes earlier.

The launch is not the crypto casino arriving in America. Rainbet.us bills itself as a free-to-play social casino, the same sweepstakes-style model as Stake.us.

Players collect a site currency called Rainbet Cash and can redeem it for prizes, according to the site's description.

The Main Site Still Bars US Players

The crypto casino at Rainbet.com has not opened to Americans. Section 4.1.3 of its terms of service still blocks anyone who lives in the United States and its territories, or connects from there.

That makes the US site a separate product. The site's preview text promises 7,000+ slots, live tables and provably fair Originals. Players can collect Rainbet Cash every day without paying, the site says.

We checked and can confirm that all 16 current Rainbet originals are now available on the new sweepstakes site.

Users connecting to rainbet.com from a US IP address are now prompted to try the new site.

The new account describes itself as "Not accessible from restricted territories."

Restricted territories currently include: the states of California, Connecticut, Idaho, Indiana, Louisiana, Maine, Michigan, Montana, Nevada, New Jersey, and New York, as well as any jurisdiction outside the United States.

States Are Closing the Sweepstakes Door

The launch comes as states move against this exact model. California's AB 831, signed Oct. 11, 2025, makes offering an online sweepstakes game with a two-currency system a crime. Violations carry fines of up to $25,000 and up to a year in county jail.

The California law also reaches payment processors, game suppliers and media affiliates that knowingly support such a site. New York followed with S5935, signed Dec. 5, 2025, which sets fines of $10,000 to $100,000 per violation.
