Degencity Review

I deposited 350 USDT to DegenCity on August 26, 2026 and made one sportsbook bet of $230 at odds of 4.8 on Braden Shick during US Open Qualification. The bet won, and afterwards I continued playing DegenCity Dice, placing more than $1,000 in additional casino wagers. My final balance was approximately $1,218 and I requested a withdrawal. The withdrawal was not processed. Support initially told me that my sportsbook bet was being reviewed. Shortly afterwards, I was logged out and my account was permanently banned. DegenCity stated that I violated section 7.4.4 regarding “Arbitrage Betting”. However, I made only one sportsbook bet on DegenCity, and so far I have not been provided with any specific evidence showing that this wager was part of an arbitrage strategy. No additional KYC, wallet verification, source-of-funds check, or other verification was requested from me before the account was closed and my balance was withheld. I am willing to provide any necessary documents and complete reasonable verification. I have also asked DegenCity to explain what specific evidence was used to classify my bet as arbitrage and to reconsider the decision. At the moment, approximately $1,218 remains withheld and the dispute is unresolved. I will update this review if DegenCity reconsiders the case and resolves the matter fairly.
